Train Ride Stories

Hanly Class has been reading the book 'The Train Ride' written by June Crebbin and illustrated by Stephen Lambert.

We were inspired by the rhyming verse " We are off on a journey. What shall I see? What shall I see?
I see a .......... That's what I see. That's what I see.
We painted the scenes that we will see on a train ride.
A big house

Tall skytower

House and the birds

A dark starry sky

A long track

Big and black tunnel

My Grandma's house

A pig farm

Red,orange and green lights

A monkey eating bananas

Three dark tunnels
Tall mountains

A big green hill

Handwriting: Letter Ee

We are learning to form letters correctly using proper shapes and sizes.
