We are very lucky to have Bixley class as our Buddy class because they helped us with preparing for our learning conversations. They also listened to us read to them.

Inspired by our Samoan mat
Novak Class made lavalava with Samoan patterns that we have on our mat. We read the book 'Lavalava' and in the story everyone in the family wore lavalava with different patterns like flowers, lines, banana pods, leaves and sandpiper.
