On Friday the 16th of October, we celebrated with others around our country, wearing pink to spread the word to 'say NO to bullying!'

This week we celebrated Maori language. You must read this story about Maui and the sun. It is fascinating how he slowed the sun by trapping him in the deep pit.

    We made Te Ra with Maori patterns.

Little Garden League

This term Garlick Class has the privilege to apply for the membership to this prestigious club, The Little Garden League
Our motto is to Grow, Protect,Taste. Badges and cards were given to each member. We used the cards to crack the code for the secret messages sent to us by the league. Then we got little pots with seedlings that we can look after. It is so exciting for all of us because we will spread the message of loving vegetables to the whole world.
