Matariki is a cluster of stars that appear in the sky to mark the beginning of a new year. We made stars using different coloured string and cardboard. Making lanterns was fun too.

Kia ora Webb Class. I love your Matariki stars and the way you explained how you made them. Now other people can read your descriptions and have a go at making them themselves! How did you create the different shapes with the string?
